We are not limited to just aquariums. We either fabricate or supply all the components you may need for your system, including high quality cabinetry, steel support frames, wet/dry (trickle) filters, mechanical and chemical filters, protein skimmers, heaters, chillers, a variety of pumps, lights, ultraviolet sterilizers, etc. Our pump and filter partner Aquaculture Systems Technologies, LLC, is one of the leading manufactures of Saltwater filtration in the world. The components that we use for our aquariums has to exceed our customers specs. Each of the above is integrated to work specifically with your order so you do not have the hassle of coordinating the details necessary to insure they all work together. We supply anything from individual components to complete high-end turnkey systems, installed anywhere in the US and beyond.
We are not the middleman. We are the fabricator. We design and build high quality custom Steel & Glass aquariums and related components for private homes, businesses, zoos, research facilities, public aquariums and other educational institutions. Though the majority of our Steel & Glass fabrication is for aquaria, a growing portion of it is for custom research vessels, laboratory tanks, high-end displays, trade show tanks, Steel & Glass props, museum cases, etc. We also construct larger aquariums, pool panels, and provide on-site construction services for projects where it is not feasible to bring in a finished product. Other than artificial reef inserts, all Steel & Glass fabrication, woodworking, welding, finishing, etc. is done right here under our own roof. This ensures all of your different components work together seamlessly. Everything is custom built to order, one at a time, by our experienced craftsmen proficient in the materials we work with.

Safe Room Designs Aquariums’ tanks are guaranteed for a lifetime against leakage due to manufacturer’s defect. They are built from thicknesses proven to hold up well over time. We will not quote a tank built with thinner materials just to reduce cost or make a sale. The single biggest factor you can do as a consumer when looking for a new tank is ask about Steel & Glass thickness, and make sure you are comparing apples to apples when getting quotes from multiple fabricators. Purchasing a tank built from an inferior thickness to save money is probably the biggest mistake you could make, as there is a good chance it will be much more expensive in the long run. If the fabricator doesn’t specify, make sure to ask.
